FREE MINI COURSE:
Most of us do not have a strategy for working intentionally with our minds. When we are not intentionally working with our mind, our mind drifts to the negative and tends to stay stuck there. This compromises how we feel, how we think, and, therefore, our decisions, behaviors, and actions. Further, we tend to deplete ourselves physically. Our immune systems are compromised, inflammation increases, and our nerves and relationships can become frayed. Over time, we burn out.
This offering gives you four, 10-minute practices that will help you work with your mind as you face uncertainty. It is a strategy for a healthy mind, no matter your life situation. It is a timeless strategy and, therefore, a strategy for all times. It is just more critical now than it was before the current uncertainties we are facing with the impacts of COVID-19.

We hope this makes a big difference for you in this most challenging time. We will get through this, together, and we hope this helps.
Stay safe, and be well!
Five Aspects of Mind
Physical. Emotional. Mental. Spiritual. Relationships.
Most people think of their mind as something that lives inside their head. I've found it helpful to expand my definition of mind to include these five aspects: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and relationship (PEMSR).
In my vlog and blog, I will be sharing with you how I work with all of these aspects day in and day out. I will share my failures as well as my successes.
Cultivating a Healthy Mind is an aspiration for me, and I intend to move in that direction every day. Really, the blog could be called "Sara trying to create a healthier mind through intention and action each day -- the good, the bad, and the ugly."
What cultivating a Healthy Mind means to me: for the last 30 years, I've been working on how to do my emotions better, how to do my relationships better, how to take care of my physical and spiritual health better. This is not only for my own happiness and well-being, but is also to help me serve the people around me and my community better.
Five Things I Believe In:
Life is wonderful and it includes pain and suffering.
We increase that pain and suffering if we don’t see it and attend to it.
A healthy mind increases joy and connection and decreases pain and suffering.
Everyone can develop a healthy mind.
Everyone needs a deliberate and simple strategy to develop a healthy mind.
Healthy Mind is about how we can increase joy and decrease suffering in ourselves, the people around us, and all of Life.
