Hello CCT Alums! I am happy to announce that I will be publishing a series of 8 videos that are designed to remind you a bit about your training and help you get back into the practice and mindset of a CCT Alum! In the first video I talk about the importance of inserting a 5 minute practice time of breath focused awareness into your daily schedule. Dr. Richard Davidson says if we can do 5 minutes a day every day we are on the path to life long practice. Let’s do it together!
