Compassion and Self-Compassion for Beginners: Week 1 of 8
Join me for an 8 week series on how to start developing Compassion Balance – balance between compassion and self compassion. I start here by defining the terms and encouraging you to embark on a week long self observation journey. Where and when are you compassionate/self-compassionate? Where and when do you lose your compassion or fail to offer yourself compassion? Spoiler alert: None of us are that great at being consistently compassionate and most of us lack self compassion in a big way. It can bring a lot of warmth, connectedness and joy to do it!
