Self Compassion is not what you think it is. Many people think it is going to the spa or having a nice meal out. In reality, it is much deeper than that and starts with the courage to identify your own suffering and ends with asking yourself what you can do to help. There are a few steps in between. Oh yeah – it helps heal shame and high self-criticism. Pretty important for health and well being!
